At Caldwell Crafts & Crumbs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we're here to help! Please take a moment to review our return and refund guidelines below.
Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Return Shipping Fee: To ensure your return is processed efficiently, a flat-rate return shipping fee of $4.99 will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of the return shipping label and handling.
Final Sale Items
Please note that certain items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items will be clearly indicated as such on the product page. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for these products.
How to Return an Item

Request a Return: To start a return, please contact us at caldwellcraftscrumbs@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We’ll provide you with the return shipping instructions.

Package the Item: Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable replacement to ensure it arrives in good condition. Please include the packing slip or a note with your order number.

Ship It Back: Once we provide the return label, please attach it to the package and drop it off at your local shipping carrier. The $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund. Please note that the item must meet our return requirements, as mentioned above. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll gladly provide you with a prepaid return label for the return of the defective item and issue a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
