Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CST) may be processed the following business day.
Please note that during high-volume periods, such as holidays or special promotions, there may be slight delays in processing. We’ll notify you if there are any significant delays with your order.
Shipping Rates
We offer free economy shipping on all orders within the U.S. This includes standard delivery via the most cost-effective shipping method available, typically within 5-7 business days depending on your location.
If you need your order sooner, we also offer expedited shipping options at checkout. The available expedited shipping methods and costs will be displayed once you enter your shipping address.
Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), but we may use other trusted carriers depending on the size and weight of the package. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can keep an eye on its journey!
International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are working on expanding our reach to international customers and hope to offer international shipping soon.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update once the carrier has picked up your package.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do ship to P.O. boxes! However, please ensure the shipping address is accurate to avoid any delivery delays.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim.
